1. All information on inputs received are true, accurate and complete. 2. Reviewing and agreeing to the rules and conditions of MAC. 3. Pay the license application fees in accordance with the financial system and the financial regulations, along with submitting the application and the necessary attachments 4. Full responsibility for withdrawing samples from the consignment/batch and sending them for testing in one of the laboratories listed in the list of laboratories/testing bodies accepted by Standard Arabia Company, and attaching the original results report with the application. 5. Cancellation of the application within 7 working days of its submission in case the fees are not paid or the required documents are not met .
